30 Day Return Policy – Unused Products Only

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your Tippy set must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To return your product, please contact us at contact@playtippy.com. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.

Congratulations! You managed to be so good at Tippy that you lost your stick or broke it after multiple hits out of the park! Lucky for you, we offer purchase of a 3 pack of Tippy sticks! Please see Shop for reorder.

As a fun rule, if you end up breaking the stick in two, you get 100 points added to your score! These are maple so it is no easy task.

Yes, the nature of the game is to "break in" your bat. Dents are unavoidable so do not fret. It will not impede the play of game. You can purchase a replacement bat if yours looks like a car after a torrential hail storm.

Score is kept by counting your steps from the block to the successfully hit Tippy stick. Keep a running sum of your score until you exceed the game limit that you set. If you hit a double, triple, etc., do not forget to double or triple that hit's score.
